Why testing my patience....?

I tried and tried and tried hard, so hard, very hard, so damn hard, to wait for my PR. Yet it is still letting me wait and hold back and delay everything that I could do and could have possibly done.
I just need one thing to be approved for me to be able to proceed on to the next thing that is awaiting me, so that I could at least achieve something that I have been wanting so badly or something that I needed so desperately. Something urgent.

So why testing my patience? You aint have no rights.
